Our Mentorship Network connects aspiring Afghan women with experienced professionals, successful entrepreneurs, and accomplished leaders who provide guidance, support, and career development advice. This personalized one-on-one or group mentorship helps women navigate professional challenges, expand networks, and accelerate career growth.

Development support for women in leadership positions or aspiring to leadership roles in government, NGOs, or private sector.

How Mentorship Works
1. Application: Complete mentee application describing your goals and needs
2. Matching: We pair you with a mentor based on your field and objectives
3. Connection: Initial meeting to establish goals and communication schedule
4. Engagement: Regular meetings (monthly or bi-weekly) via video call or in-person
5. Growth: Continuous support, feedback, and guidance throughout your journey
