Format & Length
Policy Briefs: 2,000-4,000 words
Research Papers: 5,000-10,000 words
Working Papers: 3,000-8,000 words
Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF, 12-point font, double-spaced
Required Components
✓ Title page with author information
✓ Abstract (150-300 words)
✓ Keywords (5-7 keywords)
✓ Introduction with research questions
✓ Methodology section
✓ Findings and analysis
✓ Conclusions and recommendations
✓ References (APA, Chicago, or Harvard style)
Language Options
We accept submissions in English, Dari, or Pashto
✓ All submissions must include title and abstract in English
✓ Translation support available for accepted papers

1. Submit Your Research
Email your manuscript to submissions@aypfrs.net with subject line “Research Submission: [Your Title]”

2. Initial Review (5-7 Business Days)
Our editorial team conducts an initial review to ensure the submission meets basic guidelines.

3. Peer Review (3-4 Weeks)
Your submission is sent to 2-3 subject matter experts for double-blind peer review.

Based on reviewer feedback: Accept, Accept with Minor Revisions, Major Revisions Required, or Reject.

Accepted papers are professionally formatted, published on our website, and disseminated through our network.

We accept submissions on a rolling basis throughout the year. There are no specific deadlines.

No Publication Fees
AYP Think Tank Center does not charge any submission, review, or publication fees. All services are completely free.
