Privacy & Cookies Policy

Afghanistan Youth Parliament for Freedom, Rebuilding and Sustainability

1. Global Privacy Harmonization & Jurisdiction

AYPFRS operates as a borderless, decentralized educational network. We are committed to safeguarding the digital footprint, individual privacy, and physical security of our global participants, academic enrollments, and diaspora representatives. This regulatory framework is synthesized to meet the highest global criteria of data autonomy, integrating principles from the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United States Privacy Compacts (including COPPA and state-level protections), China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the Russian Federation Federal Law on Personal Data (No. 152-FZ), and corresponding international cyber-safety statutes.

Because AYPFRS serves an international assembly across fluctuating jurisdictions, personal data is processed using specialized, distributed infrastructure. Our management matrix applies localized compliance protocols dynamically based on the participant’s points of origin, ensuring comprehensive coverage under global digital sovereignty laws without restricting cross-border educational exchange.

2. Data Minimization, Architecture & Processing Objectives

In compliance with global data-minimization laws, AYPFRS explicitly prohibits the gathering of excessive or unnecessary user metrics. Data collection is strictly limited to the technical minimum required to facilitate online training, coordinate civic dialogue, and deliver humanitarian reference support:

  • Institutional & Academic Enrollment Fields: Full name, secure email channels, optional contact metrics, and current geographic region are collected solely to authorize seminar selections and confirm identity structures.
  • Inquiries & Compliance Communications: Information submitted via secure email protocols or platform helpdesks is processed strictly to address incoming issues or handle third-party information routing.
  • Metadata Minimization: Automated server logging is restricted to non-identifying telemetry (general country of origin, localized browser type) deployed exclusively to mitigate cyber threats and maximize network availability.

3. Identity Shielding for Diaspora & Vulnerable Regions

Acknowledging the complex legal and geopolitical environments surrounding the Afghan youth diaspora and on-the-ground components within high-risk regions:

  • Identity Confidentiality: AYPFRS maintains a strict policy against the publication of unified database directories, member logs, or localized visual media. No participant’s administrative identity is made accessible to the public domain unless explicit, formal, and verified consent has been logged via closed networks.
  • Absolute Third-Party Exclusion: We operate a verified zero-sharing and zero-monetization policy. Personal data will never be leased, sold, commercialized, or transferred to advertising syndicates, corporate bodies, or sovereign government institutions under any standard operating circumstance.

4. Advanced Cryptographic Security & Retention Boundaries

All intake files, data tables, and messaging logs are maintained in isolated, cryptographically secure cloud architectures. Administrative access is restricted to verified, non-localized network operators via advanced permission layers.

To shield user footprints from external recovery or legal discovery by hostile entities, all support logs, completed helpdesk tickets, and application records are subject to automated data scrubbing. These records are systematically and permanently deleted from all active servers 90 days after closing, leaving no forensic traces.

5. Essential Technical Cookies & Universal User Rights

This ecosystem does not deploy tracking pixels, commercial behavioral cookies, or invasive user-profiling scripts. Website cookies are limited strictly to primary technical functions, including language preferences (EN, FA, PS) and immediate session persistence protocols.

Your Global Rights: Regardless of your physical location or citizenship, AYPFRS extends unified digital rights to all users. In accordance with international privacy doctrines, you maintain the absolute right to view your collected information, order immediate structural rectifications, or execute a total right-to-be-forgotten deletion mandate. To assert these rights, contact our privacy compliance desk directly at privacy@aypfrs.net.
