As part of the AYPFRS Learning & Leadership pillar, the Leadership Forum & Events program brings together Afghan youth for skill-building workshops, international conferences, and leadership development opportunities. We help young Afghans access global youth forums, connect with mentors, and build the skills they need to create positive change in their communities and beyond.

Our flagship yearly gathering of young leaders, policymakers, and change-makers from Afghanistan and around the world.
The AYPFRS Annual Leadership Forum features keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking sessions designed to inspire and equip Afghan youth with practical leadership skills.
