The Diaspora Protection Desk is your safe first point of contact when you are facing challenges abroad. We are not a direct service provider, but a youth-led platform that listens, advises, and connects you to local authorities, legal services, and community support. Through our network of ambassadors and diplomats in cities worldwide, we offer guidance in Dari, Pashto, and English. Every conversation is confidential. Every service is free.

You are facing a problem but unsure which authority or service can help. We guide you to the right door.

Fear because of legal status, language, or uncertainty. We explain how to reach out safely and what to expect.

Domestic problems, conflicts, or situations needing intervention. We provide initial consultation and connect you to trusted local resources.

Issues that affect the wider Afghan community. We collect information carefully and pass it to appropriate authorities.

Communication barriers

Language or cultural gaps prevent effective communication. Our multilingual network helps bridge the gap.

How the Protection Desk Helps You

Step 1: Initial Contact

Reach out via email or WhatsApp. Share your situation confidentially. Tell us your location and what you need. You will receive a prompt acknowledgment.

Step 2: Consultation and Guidance

We listen carefully, help you understand your options, and explain your basic rights and protections under local law. We then identify appropriate local resources.

Step 3: Connection to Resources

We link you to local emergency services if needed, connect you with legal and migration services, and introduce you to support organizations and our ambassadors in your area.

Step 4: Follow-up Support

We check in on your situation, answer additional questions, and coordinate with authorities when necessary and with your consent.

We provide support in Dari, Pashto, and English. Our global network can arrange translation when needed.
