Afghanistan Youth Parliament (AYP)

Public register of motions and resolutions of the Central Digital Assembly

What this register is: from December 2026 every proposal submitted to the Assembly is entered here with its number, date, sponsoring committee, title and status. Adopted resolutions concern only what AYP itself will do: its youth programmes, learning offers and positions. Numbers follow the format AYP/year/quarter/number set out in the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly.

1. How entries are made+

The Secretariat enters each motion when it is placed on the order paper (two weeks before a session).
After the vote, the status changes to Adopted, Not adopted or Carried over.
The register shows no names of proposers, speakers or voters.
Minutes of each session are published within 7 days of the close of voting.

2. Status labels+

Scheduled: the session or motion is on the agenda.
Adopted: approved by consensus or by vote under Charter Article XV.
Not adopted: did not reach the required majority or quorum.
Carried over: moved to the next session.
